Delivery Format

Solo Rise Online Live is a self-led program designed to support your independence while offering structure and accountability. Each week, Samara will deliver content and guidance during the live Zoom session, followed by an email overview outlining your focus and action items for that week.

You will also receive access to a session recording after each call, allowing you to revisit key lessons or catch up if needed.

The full course experience is delivered through a combination of:
